Pharmacist

Core responsibilities:

Monitor for drug interactions, allergies, dosing errors and therapeutic efficacy.
Maintain, order and control medication inventory; ensure refrigeration/storage compliance.
Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with laws, regulations and safety standards (e.g., USP, DEA).
Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Document interventions, maintain patient records, and support billing/insurance adjudication.
Participate in clinical rounds (hospital/clinic roles), formulary management and quality improvement.

Required qualifications & skills

PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) or equivalent,  Strong medication knowledge and clinical judgment.
Attention to detail and high accuracy.
Communication and patient counseling skills.
Problem solving and clinical decision-making.
Ability to work under pressure and manage workflow/priorities.
Teamwork and collaboration with clinicians and support staff.
