Waitress/Waiter

Key responsibilities:

Clear and reset tables quickly and maintain dining area cleanliness.
Handle cash and card payments; process checks and close out tables.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to manage timing and special requests.
Resolve guest complaints politely or escalate to manager when needed.
Assist with opening/closing duties.

Required skills & competencies

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic numeracy for processing bills and handling cash.
Attentive to detail (orders, special dietary requests).
Teamwork and reliable punctuality.
