Core responsibilities:
Assess children’s health and developmental needs
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and treatment progress
Administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments
Provide wound care, IV care, and other clinical interventions
Educate parents and caregivers about medications, nutrition, hygiene, and follow-up care
Support children through illness, injury, recovery, and chronic conditions
Work with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
