Oversee guest experience, incident escalation, and quality control.
Coordinate with ship’s Captain and other departments for smooth operations, maintain accounts, billing, lost & found, and passenger records, Shift management, seating/rotation, guest complaints resolution.
Supervise servers, coordinate with galley for flow and timing, Clean and service passenger cabins and replenish amenities, attention to detail, guest service, physical stamina.
