Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules/timetables.
Interpret and explain contracts, blueprints, technical specifications, and other documents to teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and other specialists.
Select, hire, and coordinate subcontractors and trades; schedule their activities.
Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety on-site (often spending significant time in field offices).
Respond to delays, emergencies, change orders, and other issues.
