Main Duties and Responsibilities

Ware washing — Operating commercial dishwashers and hand-washing pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, and flatware; sorting, stacking, and storing clean items.
Kitchen cleaning and sanitation — Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, drains, work surfaces, ovens, grills, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, hoods, and other equipment; performing scheduled deep cleans.
Waste management — Emptying trash, recycling, and compost; keeping disposal areas clean and following proper procedures.
Inventory and stocking support — Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries; organizing dry goods, utensils, and cleaning supplies; restocking stations with clean equipment; managing cleaning chemical inventory and proper dilution.
