Core responsibilities:
Set up, start, operate and monitor packaging lines (cartoning, case packing, filling, sealing, labeling, palletizing).
Load materials (films, boxes, labels), changeover tooling, and adjust machine settings for different SKUs.
Inspect product and packaging for defects; remove and document rejects.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting; report major faults to maintenance.
Perform quality checks (weight checks, seal integrity, label accuracy, barcodes) and record results.
Meet production targets (throughput, uptime) while minimizing waste and downtime.
Follow safety, sanitation, and regulatory procedures.
