Core Responsibilities:
Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
Digging trenches, backfilling holes, and compacting earth
Setting up and dismantling scaffolding, barricades, shoring, and traffic control signs/cones
Operating hand tools (shovels, sledgehammers, jackhammers, drills) and light power equipment (compactors, cutting/grinding tools)
Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete or asphalt.
