Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical technicians/electricians
Plan and schedule electrical maintenance, installation, and repair work
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with electrical codes (NEC, IEC, local regulations) and safety standards (HSE)
Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical faults (motors, switchgear, transformers, PLCs, control panels)
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Train, mentor, and evaluate junior electricians.
