Typical Responsibilities:
Inspect electrical systems, wiring, transformers, panels, motors, and control systems on a scheduled basis
Diagnose and repair electrical faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions (troubleshooting)
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
Install, replace, or repair wiring, circuit breakers, switches, fuses, motors, and other electrical components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
Test equipment using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal imaging cameras
Work with PLCs (programmable logic controllers) and industrial control systems, especially in manufacturing settings.
