Cleaner

Primary responsibilities:

Clean, sweep, mop, vacuum and dust floors, carpets, stairwells, hallways and other surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and replenish toiletries/supplies.
Empty, sort and dispose of trash and recycling; maintain designated waste areas.
Clean windows, glass doors, light fixtures and spot-clean walls as assigned.
Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks (strip/wax floors, carpet extraction, high dusting).
Operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers) and use cleaning chemicals per label/MSDS.
Restock supplies (soap, paper products, cleaning chemicals), report low inventory.
Report maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, safety hazards) to supervisor.

Required skills:

Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
Time-management and ability to follow a schedule or checklist.
Basic communication skills and customer-service orientation.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
