Food Service Manager

Core responsibilities:

Staffing — hire, train, schedule, and supervise cooks, servers, hosts, and other staff
Operations — oversee food prep, presentation, and service quality; manage opening/closing procedures
Finance — control costs, manage budgets, set prices, monitor sales, and handle payroll
Inventory & purchasing — order supplies, manage vendor relationships, track stock levels, minimize waste
Compliance — enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations; ensure licenses/permits are current
Customer service — resolve complaints, monitor customer satisfaction, maintain service standards.
