Bakery Worker

Key Duties:

Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients such as flour, sugar, yeast, butter, eggs, fillings, and toppings.
Mix doughs, batters, creams, icing, and other bakery ingredients according to approved recipes.
Assist with shaping dough, preparing trays and pans, proofing dough, and loading or unloading ovens.
Bake bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, and related items under supervision or according to production instructions.
Decorate cakes, cupcakes, doughnuts, cookies, and pastries using icing, cream, toppings, glazes, or fruit.
