Main duties:
Operate and control heavy equipment to move earth, material, or debris
Dig trenches, grade land, load trucks, compact soil, and perform site prep
Inspect equipment before use and perform basic maintenance checks
Follow site plans, work instructions, and safety procedures
Work with spotters, foremen, and other crew members to coordinate operations
Keep machines clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition.
