Responsibilities:
Coordinate washing, drying, ironing, folding, and finishing tasks
Monitor equipment use and maintain safety and cleanliness standards
Ensure linen or garment quality meets company/client requirements
Train and assign tasks to laundry attendants or operators
Track inventory of detergents, cleaning supplies, and uniforms/linen
Handle customer or department requests for urgent or special cleaning jobs
Inspect output for stains, damage, missed items, or incorrect sorting.
