Typical job details:
Install and service pumps, motors, valves, pipes, and related equipment
Diagnose faults in pump systems and identify causes of poor performance, leaks, vibration, overheating, or pressure issues
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Disassemble and rebuild pumps, replace seals, bearings, impellers, and other worn parts
Test systems to ensure correct flow, pressure, and efficiency
Read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
Respond to breakdowns and emergency repair calls
Maintain service records, safety logs, and work reports.
