Typical responsibilities:
Delivering room service orders, food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms
Setting up trays, carts, or service trolleys properly and neatly
Restocking minibar items, toiletries, towels, linens, and other room supplies
Cleaning and tidying guest rooms, corridors, and service areas when required
Responding to guest requests promptly, such as extra blankets, toiletries, or room setup
Inspecting rooms before and after service to ensure quality and cleanliness
Reporting maintenance issues or guest concerns to the relevant department.
